I cannot agree more. this insurance is not right and it has been hard for me with the past insurance, with this one it will be nearly impossible for me to reach the out of pocket. its so draining to think we would have some good news and then this happen to us.

The employees in my clinic are scared as well! But tell them to sign anonymously!

Healthcare for healthcare workers should be free. My wife is an occupational therapist and my sister is a nurse. How can we ask them to provide services that they cannot even afford themselves.

After planning and waiting to have procedures done, it is disappointing to have your plans change with 1 month notice. OOP was met earlier this year and was not expecting to budget for an extra expense, which has me choosing between my health and my finances. The company should be honoring those wanting to change to these newer plans at the end of the calendar year to show they truly care for the wellbeing of its employees

Health insurance so high is just unaffordable.

Im glad this issue is being addressed. Several people in my clinic are afraid of signing the petition because they do not want to get fired but we need to speak up.

FACTS! I have a family of four. I decided to go with the cheapest HDHP to save money monthly and use that money towards the extremely high deductible. I'm just praying no one gets sick.

Disappointing that we work so hard to support upper management when they can't even support us.

For the upper management to announce these plans as exciting is disappointing. The newest plan is too expensive for a family and the change in the OOP for the HDHP option 1 mid-year is costing those of us who have already met our OOP more money now. I would really expect more from a company that provides healthcare services.the most affordable health insurance deductible is too high. For the company to say they were excited to announce these health care plans was laughable. The expense of the new plan offered is not feasible for a family. The OOP for the high deduct plan changed mid year. This is costing me more now, because I had already met my OOP on the old plan. These plans should not be considered BENEFITS in my opinion.
