The fear to search for medical care is indescribable due to these HDHP. I myself experienced it last month where I ended up in the emergency room at 2am and a month later received a bill I cannot afford!! Paying to be your "own Doctor" shouldn't cost this much.

The increase is deduction from my paycheck is definitely going to be hard on my family. $430 a month for me and 2 kids and then no employer match on 401k. Then to get little 3% increases when new employees get high pay than me... not feeling very appreciated or compensated for that matter. I have epilepsy and fibromyalgia. With heath issues and expensive meds, I can't go without insurance. But at this rate I might not be able to renew next term.

Yes!! Between inflation, non matching of 401k, and worse insurance it is the equivalent of about a 12 percent pay cut! That is a lot to ask of staff. We should be treated better

It's already unacceptable what we have to do to get a raise from the company and with what we get paid. I am paying more than what I paid last year for my insurance plan. Considering we are a part of healthcare; we shouldn't have to go to these lengths to get what we work so very hard for and what we deserve. Something has to give.

DED is way to high. I pay for my own medical insurance and it way better than CORA's. I have a lot of health problems and I am constantly going to the doctor. Having a high DED does not help especially with how much we are getting paid too.

I myself do not have this insurance but, I do not agree with that sudden change. I saw many employees upset with this change and do think it is fair

As someone who is not being fully compensated for the amount of work performed at my clinic, it is unfair to offer low quality plans & take more money away from my paycheck. To base this upcoming year with a health plan that takes a good percentage of my paycheck & leave me with less than what I have is not going to be enough for me and those who suffer from the same struggles. This needs to change because there are people like me who care for the employees of this company & understand that our voices need to be heard.

I fully agree with this petition. I have been struggling with the insurance and this year I thought I would catch a break and to my surprise it was made worse. I am sad to think that this company which I love has been recently not helping us as clinicians to ease our concerns.
