要求重開《2011年版權(修訂)條例草案》小組會議
　　我們是關注《2011年版權(修訂)條例草案》人士。雖然我們部分朋友曾於去年7月23日到　貴小組公聽會申述立場，要求豁免二次創作之法律責任，否則須撤回修訂；但有關建議沒被採納。縱觀現時公眾輿論，就《草案》中對二次創作及網上分享等權責感到恐懼，擔心修訂後會更易遭民事或/及刑事檢控，並稱之為「網絡23條」。惜政府當局態度強硬，堅拒豁免二次創作之法律責任，逼使香港巿民感到非常憤怒！

　　現時修訂押後恢復二讀，我們認為　貴小組急須在恢復二讀前，立即重開會議，除讓各位議員能就現時情況再行辯論，亦應讓我們及其他關注人士和團體就最新情況申述立場，以更有效了解巿民「反對修訂、要求免除二次創作及網上分享刑責，否則立即撤回方案」之訴求。從速重開小組會議，迫令政府聆聽民意，是　閣下的責任，亦是本港巿民之幸。懇請　閣下詳細考量，並允准：
　　(一)從速重開小組會議，並邀請全體立法會議員列席；及
　　(二)在恢復二讀前再次舉行公聽會，並要求知識產權署張錦輝署長出席，及邀請全體議員列席。
　　如蒙答應，感激不盡。有勞之處，不勝銘感。
