He should never be released. If he was it sends a terrible message to the law enforcement community. The family will never have their husband or father back he does not deserve freedom.

To let a killer walk after taking the life of a law official would send a bad message in today's society. Apparently the killer had no regards to human life back then, after all of this time, what would make anyone think they are reformed today? They only know one life now, jail. They are not fit to live with law abiding citizens, they are now pure animals with animal instincts. Don't screw this one up and release this animal. There will no doubt be regrets in the quick near future if you do.

delete This particular person does not deserve parole !!! In 2015 when he was first eligible for parole, he was denied because he was unfit for parole and lacked a full understanding of the crime he committed
