There will never be a time for Officer Garaffa, to spend days with his family, to see his daughter grown up or to retire after selflessly giving of himself to the community he spent 16 years protecting. Why should Teddy Rose get to have these things. Absolutely no way he should be out of a cage.

I categorically disagree with the parole of any person who has been convicted of killing a Police Officer. If a person has the mindset to kill those who are sworn to protect us, knowing that Officer is armed, what prevents the offender from killing all that are unarmed?
