The original conviction was correct. Also since a police officer was killed in performance of his job, the change in the death penalty would have resulted in death of Mr Rose. Therefore with that removal, he sould remain in prison, maximum, for life. Tha officer killed and his family do not have recovery, nor do I condone Mr Rose getting parole.

Im sorry about the officer that killed 34 years plus But i think teddy has learned his lesson that killing police officers is not a way to go .I think he should be granted parole

Teddy Rose was found guilty and sentenced to death. When the State of NJ abolished the death penalty, his sentence was commuted to”Life In Prison” and that’s where he should remain for the murder of PO Anthony Garaffa!
