it's a most attractive building and really should be saved

If we continue to destroy the beautiful things of the past without being able to replace them with something of greater value there will be no beauty left in the world.

Save heritage!

This iconic building must be preserved and maintained at all costs, not just for Wales but for the world of Art Deco!!

Too too many flat pack conversions.. This is an amazing building... Knock down something else...

Beautiful example of art deco design that is tangible. What could a modern building offer more than this. Making money for a few, but a loss to the town, and those who visit.

To many architectural significant properties being lost at the expense of profiteering. Look at the monstrosity next to the Rhos golf coarse replacing an aesthetically pleasing building.

To replace such an iconic building with the type of featureless modern day designs would be sacrilege. It must be saved.

It is very important to save these iconic buildings.

I used to live in a much more modest house from the Art Deco era and loved the features and character. I how this example can be saved.

It would be sacrilege to knock down this house as its a part of history and has been used in many period dramas. Why people are obsessed with erasing history I have no idea

Great building, so typical of the Art Deco style. Why demolish something good? Profit takes too high a priority these days.
