Would be an absolute disaster if this iconic building was allowed to be demolished. I only wish I could afford to buy it and bring it back to its former glory

This is a fine building. Please don't let it be destroyed. There's little enough good architecture around from this period that we can afford to lose any more. The loss of the original windows should not be an unsurmountable hurdle to getting this elegant structure back into single ownership

this is an outstanding example of Art Deco architecture - one of the very last remaining in Rhos. That fact alone should determine that it be preserved and protected from the developer

Conwy Council needs to act NOW to save these iconic buildings. They allowed the destruction of the Vale pub in Glan Conwy! a landmark for the last 100 years. Which has now been replaced by glorified high-rise terraced houses that none of the locals can afford @ £545K !!!!

So iconic must be saved, to be replaced by more boring little boxes is unthinkable

Love Art Deco. This house could b a museum to that art period. Thereby attracting visitors to the town . Plus if a university architecture department became involved who knows what the benefits could be .
