Save it. It’s not a tough decision.

It seems Council planning Departments are hell bent on ridding every county of many important pieces of Heritage.
This has to stop.
The Save Our Heritage group in Wrexham have been constantly campaigning to save heritage buildings for some years now. ( the firmer Grive Park school/ Ty Erlas/ The Vicarage Rhosddu/ Kings Mill)
There should be no need to fight to save these buildings.

How can this be allowed to happen? Outrageous!! A building such as this adds class and history to the area and is unique. It needs to be preserved at all costs!

This is an iconic house on the seafront in Rhos on Sea if I could afford it I would buy it and restore it. Please do not demolish!

This building is a landmark building of considerable historic interest and restoration would be greatly preferable to demolition.

There are many new flats but few houses with this character in Rhos on Sea. It should be possible to make the house into fewer flats while keeping the lovely facade

This landmark building should be saved from demolition and restored to its former glory. The current design makes a fantastic statement on its corner position, and sea views. Art Deco and local renowned architect designed, by Colwyn foulkes, it should be preserved for future generations.

I have the honour of living in a lovely Art Deco house in neighbouring Wrexham County. I am aware of how few Art Deco gems are left. Additionally as a campaigner for heritage buildings i strongly believe it would be criminal to demolish this incredible example of its kind. Not only will demolishing the building be a cultural tragedy, it will have a negative environmental effect as tons of material is thrown away. Save and renew buildings, don’t tear them down!
