It'd be criminal to lose such a fantastic looking, iconic, building.

Please stop destroying our architectural heritage in the name of ‘development’. Too many interesting old buildings are being replaced by soulless boxes of no architectural merit simply because of greed and profit.

It would be a travesty to lose such an important, Welsh Art Deco building. It should be protected for prosperity.

It would be vandalism to destroy this piece of history

Please do not demolish this beautiful iconic house. It is so stylish. Restore it instead. Art deco stunner.

Find another place to build apartments. This land is occupied by a historical gem that cannot ever be replaced. Respect history, respect art, leave this for future generations to appreciate & understand. We are all quite tired of developers and their brazen disregard.

It is important that houses of this quality are preserved. Once lost they can never be replaced.

This proposal is about nothing more than greed and profiteering for the minority, to the detriment of others through the loss of a unique heritage building. There are few enough buildings of this type remaining without approving the destruction of this perfectly habitable and beautiful building.

This beautiful building is a perfect example of the art deco era and should be preserved for future generations to see and wonder at. Without preserving architecture of bygone years the youngsters of today will only know cold sterile glass fronted monstrosities with no no soul or character
