This house should be saved. It is of importance to the local area I remember walking past the building when I was a student at what was then Llandrillo Technical Collage in the late 70's/ early 80's

At what point do deface the whole of Rhos on Sea. This house is of historic value and in essence shows Rhos on seas evolution. I totally oppose the current planning proposals.
