What a fascinating little building: we have lost too many of these so please support it in a sustainable future

This house should not be demolish, it is part of the heritage of Rhos on Sea

Please don't allow this fabulous art deco house to be demolished. Renovation and restoration must be the way ahead.

This house should be saved. It is of importance to the local area I remember walking past the building when I was a student at what was then Llandrillo Technical Collage in the late 70's/ early 80's

Why do people feel the need to get rid of these lovely old houses to replace us with horrible modern houses with no character !!!! X

Seen this lovely house fit the 40yrs l lived there. And pass it now. On my annual visits. Pkease someone buy and save. Wish l could.

At what point do deface the whole of Rhos on Sea. This house is of historic value and in essence shows Rhos on seas evolution. I totally oppose the current planning proposals.
