I'm a local and sick of this site being such an eyesore for the area so redeveloping the site into an exciting new business would be a welcome benefit for the community.

What a great idea! We need a place like this as a Landmark ! The USA is full of great places like this to cruise to, it gets people out on weekends visiting country towns , great idea ! Let's make it happen.

This building has been an eyesore for years. What a great idea to turn it into a worthwhile idea and will provide a place for travellers to stop. Great idea.
