Wages have not kept up with inflation and competitor wages. Increase of minimum wage will further harm employees. Importance of employees need for a LIVING wage and benefits. Kroger wants employees loyalty but it’s a two way street. Kroger should be loyal to us that ensure the stores are fruitful. Lack of this just makes constant turnover and impossible to do the work well. Anger between management and employees not achieving basic daily expectations because there is not enough people or time in the day. Rewarding employees will keep employees!
