Any gardener appreciates that
leaves tend to fall in the late
Autumn.
There is no logic in ceasing green bin collection in mid October.
Storing garden waste for 3 months or endless trips across Cardiff are unacceptable
alternatives..

Gardening is on-going and we still need to dispose of dead leaves, old summer plants etc throughout the winter months. Please continue with monthly garden waste collection between October and February.

Please save these, even if it’s monthly, some gardens have lots of garden waste and pensioners are not able to bag and move to the tip

Being surrounded by trees I would have to make an appointment every one or two weeks and drive across the city to Lamby Way for 45 minutes with a bootful of wet bags.

We need collections during the winter. Leaves haven't even dropped. Will the council give me a rebate for all the collections they haven't done this year.

The leaves do not stop falling in October..... winter is the time when we prune shrubs etc... monthly collections are essential especially as we don’t have a local recycling centre any more!
