Do you think we dont garden in the winter ,I have a lot of trees around my garden the full clean up is around end of November when all the trees are bare so I'd say from December onwards would be better your only going to get people burning there waste otherwise

Winter collections are a necessity. Things don't stop growing because it's cold. My bin sits full for 4 months in winter . Terrible.
Plus as a landscaper my 50 I'd customer's all feel the same

Would’ve thought it was easier to have at least a monthly collection. Otherwise all my garden waste sits in bags till March. Heavy wet and smelly

I’m a gardener. There’s more waste Oct-mar due to cutting back and leaf fall. The summer is Mostly just grass clippings and deadheads. Also the weather has meant that leaf fall has been in November-December the last few years.
