Continue with Garden Waste Collections in Cardiff

Collections need to be done as people with mental health are doing more gardening which helps with there illness. It not people to clean our streets it the council which we pay council tax for

Stop using covid as an excuse to cut waste collection

Lots of leaves etc in garden on Cathedral rd to be cleared during winter months

We need green waste collection throughout the winter

Its the busiest time of the year for gardeners and just when you need it most the service stops. Almost better to do away with high summer collections.

Please continue to collect the garden wast at lest one every other month

We have huge trees from neighbours gardens overhanging ours which don’t shed their leaves until November which fill our bin several over and generally tidying up the garden keeps the bins full through most of the winter.

We have paid for a regular collection and I expect to receive one.

This is a wildlife friendly action and saves all those cars and fumes going to the waste centres . Should be part of council's climate and eco strategy

Were told by Council they only clear leaves in the gutters once a year so drains are blocked for many months - now we are not being allowed to clear leaves accumulating on our property with the waste collection stopped at a time when leaves on our trees and bushes have yet to fall.

I have no space to compost waste and cannot store the tree trimmings.

You have already curtailed access to sites for disposal of household refuge - now I am to be expected to dispose of my garden waste as well . Perhaps you would like to adjust my council tax to reflect this ?

Monthly collections are needed over the winter months as visits to the skip are limited. People may start dumping garden waste .

At least 1 per month for winter pruning needed

With limited access to waste disposal sites my only option is an unneighbourlly bomb fire.

I am a keen gardener.My green bin is all ways full .It will be very difficult to manage with once a month collection as I am struggling with fourth night green bin collection.

In lockdown gardening is one of the few things you can do so you need your bins emptied. I fear otherwise that people will light fires.
