Ridiculous decision. With the prospect of further lockdowns etc more garden maintenance will be carried out. The alternative, everyone get in their cars and take a trip to the tip. Not a very green or COVID friendly option!

We need regular collections until the end of November. We’re due only one more collection and the leaves have hardly fallen and trips to Lamby Way are more regimented with having to book in advance

Waste collections were already paused earlier in the year causing a backlog. We deserve the service that we pay for!

Whatever is left in your bins decomposes and the bin becomes too heavy to be emptied if it’s not collected regularly

Will I be getting a reduction in my Council Tax if this doesn’t go ahead?

Should have a minimum of one collection in November.

You still get garden waste during the autumn/winter months. We’re paying enough in community charge

I strongly oppose to the cessation of collections... another example of the erosion of basic services

I have a big garden,I am filling the green bins every fortnight but still need the winter collection to get rid of the garden waste before starting the new waste in spring. We pay a huge council tax and I expect the service to be delivered.

November is the worst month for leaf fall .. my 2 80 yr old oaks have 227.000 leaves each according to the QI elves !

It's crazy to cancel green waste in the winter. Green bins are used as much in Winter as in Summer!
