I am a Bama grad and a UAB grad. Also, I drive from Tampa to watch UAB play at least once a month. I also attend Bama games when I can afford a ticket. Both programs are good for the state and economy of Birmingham. Don't shut down a program that creates jobs.

In the words of Admiral Yamamoto.."I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve." Maybe the time is now for UAB to be heard. Class of 1982!

UAB is entitled to a football program as is every school, but they deserve a football team as their fans have been with them for the best and the worst all season every season.
