i am in awe of what the UAB football program has accomplished and am so happy we have Coach Clark. The lack of strong support from the BoT and President Watts is mystifying and frankly, willy inappropriate. Can't wait to support the Blazers in their next Bowl appearance!! GO BLAZERS!!!!

To stop when times were rough and now we have such a hopeful future would be idiotic. In a yeast or two, we could compete for the conference championship

Strongly in support of UAB Football. Coach Clark.has done a great job in his first year not only winning games but increasing fan attendance. Go Blazers!

I was an RA for the football team and got to see up close how amazing this group of men are. They are a family and give a sense of pride to the entire university and community. They deserve to continue playing and bringing joy to the Birmingham area.

I graduated from UAB in 1996 and attended the first Div 1 game at Auburn. I have been a fan and supporter ever since. If it were not for UAB football and UAB athletics I would not have met my wife and my two beautiful daughters would not exist. I was very much looking forward to attending games with my family at the planned on campus stadium before it was mysteriously pulled from the board's agenda. Statements were made that there needed to be evidence that the school would support the team and attend games at such a facility. This year, Coach Clark and the team are showing that the fans can and will when a quality product is on the field. Now is certainly not the time to be shuttering the program.
Go Blazers!!!! Always!!! Having an excellent athletics program is ESSENTIAL to having a well-rounded university.

Proud to be a former letter winner and two time graduate of UAB. The BOT asked us to show support and win games. Bill Clark is doing that and now it is time to give the resources he needs.
