My son graduated from UAB and enjoyed and benefited from UAB football. I also enjoyed attending the games with family and other UAB parents. It was a big "selling" point for my son when choosing his college. The football program provides much for UAB and I feel that it will hurt the university if cancelled. Do the RIGHT thing and save the football program! Support your students and the alumni!!

My son played ball there and it is the one staple that connects Birmingham to other schools in the athletic arena

Georgia has proved that multiple FBS teams can coexist and succeed, while also interfering with the success of other programs in the state. UAB is starting to prove that it can succeed in spite of the lack of support shown by the UOA Board. Don't screw your largest profit creator over, LET THE BLAZERS PLAY!

Although, I did not attend UAB, I believe programs like this are important to the over all college experience for students. In order for UAB to remain a competitive in recruiting students this program needs to continue.
