This is why I was very skeptical when the government took control of "organics". We knew it was inevitable that traditional organic farmers would lose control as industrial farms pressured their government minions. That is why the large corporations have bought out many of the successful small organic companies. They gain control of the advisory boards and weaken the very definition of organic opening the door to allow them to continue to POISON the general population. Someday everyone involved will be held accountable for their crimes against humanity!

Don't make a shambles of organic certification. There is no logic to calling hydroponic organic other than a profit logic for "big" organic

I concur that organic agriculturevrequires soil. Aquaculture, the culture of plants or animals that normally and naturally live in wayer systems, could be raised in similar certied orgsnic systems using all natural components.. Vegetables grown hydroponically do not meet my expectations of organic nor do they meet those of the NOSB.

Aquaculture, the culture of plants or animals that normally and naturally live in wayer systems, could be raised in similar certied orgsnic systems using all natural components.. Vegetables grown hydroponically do not meet my expectations of organic nor do they meet those of the NOSB.

I pay more for organic and I want healthy soil standards not just chemical water. I buy organic for the health of the planet as well as that of my family.
