Zoning states that the minimum lot size is 5000 sq. ft.. This lot qualifies for one house. Why do some applicants get approval for variances and others don't? Someone is being bought off. Developers should not be given carte blanche todestroy the quality of life of the neighbors of this property. They bought their houses in good faith that it was a residential neighborhidd, not a high density zone.

We live a few streets over and six town homes will congest the already strapped street parking plus this is a amazing example of the architecture and character Eagle Rock is interested in preserving. Do not demolish this amazing home!
