We need to keep our history alive and not demolish beautiful homes.

There are historically significant homes on this street. The developers initially tried to buy multiple homes in a row, so they could build a large cluster of these three-story buildings, which would span most of the block.

I would greatly appreciate not having another apartment complex in my neighborhood.

Please don't allow for small lot development to erode the character of our neighborhood!

Eagle Rock is starting to look like any other neighborhood in America. After the continual tear downs and modern complex build ups, we will lose our history and uniqueness and just become another overcrowded, traffic-bound, ugly suburb.

No more modern buildings! At least have some sort of architectural rules regarding how ugly the buildings are. Those cookie cutter blocks are horrible

Im tired of seeing beautiful homes, like this one, getting destroyed so ugly apartments can go up... we are way to over populated in this town.

Leave the house alone and stop having babies!! over population is causing the need for more homes. Don't be part of the problem!!!! hahahahahaha

I oppose demolition and construction; too much congestion, it is am historically significant home, and totally disrupts our quiet enjoyment

I live on this street and have talked to all the residents... there is not one that supports this project and all the problems it would create outside of the historical significance of the home itself.

Preserving these historical houses over profit from multi-units should be a priority for this community. Especially when the occupancy rate in LA is as low as it is.
