Conserve Historic 1922 Home in Eagle Rock

Don't let "them" do it again in Eagle Rock.....just look at the monstrosity that still exists on Colorado Blvd. in E. Eagle Rock because political influence allowed the building of those still existing cement columns and cement pads.

There's a place for small lot homes. This isn't one of them. Someone will pay top dollar for this historic home. Keep the integrity of our community.

We must conserve this 1922 Eagle Rock home. Losing homes like this one means losing our history. Eagle Rock residents care about preservation.

Please value our historic neighborhoods and keep this home intact. Los Angeles is lacking cultural capital for the very reason of over-gentrification. Let's rethink these opportunities to save these old neighborhoods.

Please help us retain eagle rock's vintage character, at the very least the neighborhood guidelines should disallow a multi family, multi story, building among single story single family homes.

Eagle Rock is a very special place, and the higher home prices are because of the unique character we enjoy. Crating Multi-family by law on the block between colorado and Chickasaw was a mistake. We need to return this group of streets to R1, and only grandfather in the multi-family units that already exist. There are plenty of other vacant lot locations in Eagle Rock and surrounding neighborhoods on which to build density.

This is a residential area ot three story building.

Leave Eagle Rock Alone We don't want Eagle Rock looking like Glendale..

This is a small quint little town Why are they trying to change to be like Pasadena, So Pasadena, or even Glendale. There has been so many changes. And what about 1554 Hill Drive what they are trying to do on a Residential ...

Stop destroying beautiful Highland park old homes to build the horrible architectural monstrosities that you call apts.

Please conserve the homes and neighborhoods that make Eagle Rock so special. Thank you.
