Connie was a truly wonderful person. She was a dedicated teacher/educator. My first husband had her as a teacher when she first was out of college. My daughter had her as well. Two generations!

Shared her home and pool for my son to learn to swim. Children safety in and out of school was important to her.

had her as a principal at "the pink prison" (central). she was kind, caring...pretty much everything that was said by Ann Hartman Buckley. it would be a GREAT tribute to acknowledge Connie in naming the school. (class '75)

Connie was a gifted educator with a big heart who touched so many lives in Owego and beyond. She changed the lives around her for the better and is well-deserving of this honor.

I never had her as a teacher or principal, but knew her well. I can't think of anyone more deserving of this honor.
