I am in full support of this endeavor. My thoughts are Mrs L was the very backbone in Owego education while life allowed herto be. I know she ttouched my life and today I am a teacher.

Connie was not only there for her students , she also soothed the nerves of this nervous parent that had her child transitioning from St. Pats to Owego Elementary-- and then to middle school-- I have held other teachers to Connie's standard for many years-- she was remarkable !!!
