Almost all of the police officers at Heidedal does not respect us, treats us as if they are doing you a favor. They refused to speak English or your home languages. Whenever you call they don't care if they are needed urgently they will tell you there is no van so they cannot attend to your emergency. When you visit the police station you will have wait until they are finished with their own private discussions or phone calls.

We have no confidence in the police here in Heidedal there's so much complaints about vans and they not assist you in your language that you are easy with
