Heidedal police station is useless, they never answer their phone, never has a van available, can't speak Afrikaans which is the language of the majority of the people in Heidedal and the list goes on.

Poor service..I've reported a case of theft that has just disappeared in thin air. No respect for community and no assistance you will get from this station in times of need
