The language is an issue there.
There is always no transport or pesonnel when they are called out.
There is no customer care I had to wait for always 20 minutes to be helped because the person helping with the certification of documents was on lunch.
They are not vissible in the community. Only when they are busy when their own bussiness.

Police officers who knows the area of Heidedal
Knows the streets
Police officers who can assist our elderly in their preferred language as the officers can not even respond proper in ENGLISH!!!!
