Vip building for residential development history in Minneapolis. Continuation as a neighborhood center within its historic architectural exterior is a perfect reuse solution. Now get ut designsted so it can use federal funding for restorations.

I may have suggested this before - I think it would be great to have a tour or open house in the church building. It would garner interest in preserving it, and maybe generate some new ideas for alternative uses.

Maintaining strong neighborhoods is critical for a strong city.

I love this building, please keep it as a historical building!

Preservation and reuse is so important for the climate and our future—the greenest building is the one already built! Places are tangible touch points with our past and are not disposable. It's important we conserve them for the future.

This church deserves saving, adaptive reuse will be a greener option and the historic landmark brings economic stability

SE Como resident. I don’t approve of the demolition of this old church.

I am a former SE Como resident and was active in the SECIA public art programs. The destruction of the neighborhoods heritage is a bad sign. There are still plenty of empty lots or parking lots that large density development could occupy. The City of Minneapolis has shown time and time again, it does not care about its history or preserving it.

The current parking situation in Como is out of hand. Even without snow it is not possible for two cars heading in opposite directions to get by each other without someone pulling over.

Don’t do it

Please keep this historic building in Como Neighborhood.

Too many large apts already in SE Como and too little parking. Home owners are losing their space and hardly any green space and trees are left.

Keep the church and neighborhood intact.

The neighborhood was destroyed decades ago. I grew up there and seriously don't know of anyone who did that still calls it home. Its a shame to see whats become of it.

Find somewhere else.
