My friends and neighbors need these rides to go to work and school. Let's not shortchange them. Let's continue to provide a tool they need to do productive and meaningful work.

Many riders use these services to go to work. Without this service many may not be able to. This limitation will cause an over taxed Pace Bus system to become even more so.

This is ridiculous that handicap people like my mom can go to and from her doctors appointments because of budget cuts. My mom has worked 40 years for CPD and now it’s the city of Chicago turn to take care of her. She has several monthly appointments to various cancer doctors. This insane , injustice and unfair . She has paid her dues to society.

One ride is not allowing customers to go to and from their destination. At least two. 3-4 rides will accommodate errons for disability and elderly clients.

The drastic reduction in TAP rides effects me extremely. I am a 64 year old woman with limitations including Sciatica and eyesight problems. I count on the Tap program to get me back and forth to work. Please reconsider the proposal of only 30 rides per month. This program is very important to individuals who deal with disabilities on a daily basis. Please don't do this to us. Thank you

This program is a literal lifeline for people with disabilities. Please do all you can to keep the number of rides allowed per day consistent at their current level.

My son has used to program for the past year. She attends COD and goes to work. I can see the increase, however, with work and school he exceeds 30 rides a month. This has been the most reliable transportation program and it has been a lifeline for our family. Cutting the amount of rides would be a huge burden.
