The fees are too low considering the distance we're travelling, bad roads, congestion all the time, other high cost services like vehicle license, vehicle insurance, general service etc. There should be a minimum charge like 50c per k long distances like city to city should be more to cover the return cost since there's no indrive services in other cities

Try to be driver friendly ...some clients cancel rides upon the drivers arrival and u seem to be reluctant to take action against that ....some clients put too much drop off points which sometimes consume drivers working time for no profit

I strongly believe a fair adjustment is necessary, such as setting rates in the range of $0.50 to $1.00 per kilometer. This would allow drivers like myself to cover operating expenses while still ensuring affordability for passengers.

Honestly revise your pricing its not feasible. There are plenty other costs that driver meets.
