Concern Regarding Low Fare Rates and Request for Review.

We, Zimbabwe InDrivers, are concerned about the current low fare rates which do not cover our operating costs such as fuel, maintenance, insurance, and time. We propose a fair adjustment of $0.50–$1.00 per kilometer and request better privileges in private ride negotiations. A balanced rate structure will ensure sustainability for drivers, fair service for passengers, and help InDrive remain a driver-friendly platform.

Can you please review and increase your fare to $0.70c to $1.00 pe kilometer

The prices are not economic and viable and compared to other hauling services its become worst in terms of returns and concerns to the driver.

Fairs are too low

We strongly recommend a fair review on the current indrive fares so that we operate at a profit after considering the commission which is also deducted from the little nuts on the application

Sure prices are not making sense,you have to consider that you guys you are taking 13% or more and we have fuel expense also , so some of the prices you are putting are not making sense, me as a driver you are killing me....

Please review your prices they are way too low and it’s not beneficial for the drivers considering they are the ones providing the services
