Concern Regarding Low Fare Rates and Request for Review.

We demand fairness

The roads here are very poor, and the time it takes to move from one place to the next is therefore prolonged. Service costs are a nightmare as one needs to regular service the suspension and Tyres more than would usually be normal. We have IMTT tax on every ride where a client pays using transfer, safe applies when recharging our wallets. The conditions are just not conducive.

I think u must remove the negotiation part

Fares have gone down to very low levels considering the fuel cost, condition of roads and the laguage customers always come along with.

You must improve on pricing and also be balanced between driver and passenger

May you please raise your fares and also include an option on number of passengers that can get into the ride, and lastly please include a charge for waiting time, some passengers take long to get into the rides and also your rates and vat are too high

Minimum fee should be 3usd

Please at least 0.50c per kilometer.. and minimum price must be $2.00 and not going for more than 3 kilometers. Please 4 dollars 6 kilometers 5 dollars 10 kilometers. 15 dollars 30 kilometers long distances 50cent per kilometer

We are not making any meaningful profit because of the low charges,bad roads,expensive data,high indrive % charges

Will switch over to a competitor with reasonable rates as soon as he comes on the scene
