Concern Regarding Low Fare Rates and Request for Review.

We strongly appeal to InDrive to consider increasing the fare rate to at least 65 cents per kilometer. The current rates are no longer sustainable given the rising cost of fuel, vehicle maintenance, and daily living expenses. Furthermore, there are serious concerns with the app’s system , many passengers are exploiting loopholes by switching off their data and entering very low offers. When they switch back on to search for a driver, the amounts remain unfairly low instead of adjusting to reasonable market value. This practice disadvantages drivers and undermines the fairness of the platform. We kindly urge InDrive to address these issues urgently for the sustainability of both drivers and the service itself.

$0.75 to $1 per km , fuel has become expensive, roads are bad , vehicle maintenance is expensive, all running costs to provide effective efficient transportation has become expensive except ride fares , we kindly request that you consider all the operational costs and requirements for safe efficient transportation and adjust your rates accordingly
