Fuel and cost of operating business is expensive in Harare Zimbabwe

The ride fares are too low as per kilometers to be travelled

At least an increase on fare charges for a fair service and returns

The fares are very low not making any sense with the fuel price here in Zimbabwe we are not making any profit rather it's a loss going 12km for $3 at least 50c per km makes sense

Please indrive be realistic. We are not in this for charity. We want to make real money not the peanuts you are giving us. Raise those fairs with immediate effect.

Low price fares in Zimbabwe

The current fare structure is far below economic level and is not viable nor sustainable for any normal person to remain on the application The obtaining rates are slave rate and make us extremely poor. Please increase your base fare to sustainable economic level. Please do not lower your levels and standards to compete with competitors. Kindly distinguish yourself from the rest by maintaining your own standards and level

The rates are too low u need to raise them 80cents or 1 dollar per km and also the passenger is not supposed to adjust or negotiate the price he/she is only supposed to request for the normal price not to negotiate it downwards it's not fare and your commission is now too much you need downgrade it

Furthermore the Zimbabwean roads are extremely bad such that even at the rates that we are proposing herewith, the drivers are sacrificing a lot into this investment.
