Service has been getting worse. As large as Rock Hill has grown we need another choice of internet and cable service. There shouldn’t be a monopoly.

Only provider option for the past 4 years of living here so they continue to raise their cost because they know people need internet to work & live and can’t go anywhere else

I totally agree, also just having one place to pay to serve the whole Rock Hill is an issue to. They took away drive thru, not thinking about the elderly who can hardly make it out of there homes & when they have to get out they have to go in to pay their bill. All of they don't have reliable or trustworthy people to help them. Why have we become so unthoughtfull of other's all in the cause of making money by any means. Lastly why are they always doing work on the boxes or whatever they call them in our yards without making you aware of the work or changes their making. Everyone is not tech savvy, well caught up in all this technology. Which has caused so many to do the work of the enemy to kill, steal, & destroy

Monopolies are illegal. Comporium is allowed to charge excessive prices because no other companies are able to get into our area. Not good for the citizens
