I hate comporium and have just been informed I have gone over my data cap?!?! I was never even told there was a data cap and have two homes Choo let's in this house whose curriculum is all online!! I would switch to somebody else but there is nobody else!!! ITS A MONOPOLY THAT NEEDS TO END!!!!! On top of all of that the customer service is RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!

Comporium is the biggest monopoly there was in Rock Hill and the local government is backing them.

Comporium Communications is charging its customers and outrageous amount for Cable TV and Internet Services. Customers in this area have no other choices for their hardwired cable/telephone and internet services. Other neighboring communities are paying far less for their services and are receiving more channels. In my experience they give poor customer service and are unreliable because they know there is no other company that can provide the same service in this area. Please address this issue and stop their monopoly! Thank you.

Comporium's service is sub par, with poor equipment. Right across the border google fiber is going to be setting up. They provide a FREE internet service that will provide better real world results than Comporium's lowest internet package. Coincidentally their internet packages consistently provide LESS performance than advertised when tested.

Comporium does not do good business because they have no competition. They constantly shut down accounts to collect on contract money instead of just disconnecting until the bill is paid.

moving from a city with 3 providers and the services and fees are fair. for me to have equal services I will be spending approx. 55.00 more here

I have lived in myrtle beach since 1993. I moved to fort mill in 2009... This is the first time I didn't have a choice of cable providers.. I know for a fact that monopolies are illegal..get with it representatives...

Comporium is just plain awful. TV is pricey, with no where near as many options as others like TWC, and DirectTV. Internet is very lacking in terms of speed (max is 10 mbps down, and 1 mbps up). I have been a customer for many years, and am tired of the frustrations this company has caused. I really hope Google Fiber comes down and buys comporium out!

Monopolies were against the law, to my knowledge.
How is it that Rock Hill, SC has no other choices for high speed internet/TV Satellite ?
We need other choices, than just Comporium Communications.
I will be contacting my representatives, and where every example of their activities, on all social media and Television that I can.
Enough is enough, we the People Must stand up for our rights. Take the time to do so.
