Opening this would make a much safer, more accessible route for people of various abilities and would bring good health benefits. It is a much-needed route. The current route is dangerous.

Surely a low cost and worthwhile addition to existing facilities

I enjoy the cycle route from Meeth but I have to drive there to start so I can avoid the dangerous main road stretch from Hatherleigh. I do wish completing the link was possible soon before I am too old to enjoy it.

Use the trail regularly This would be a huge improvement and would make this section so much safer that I would take my children along it. Far too dangerous now!

This makes so much sense, if Hs2 can cut down acres of ancient woodland surely a path can take us to enjoy one?

This is urgently needed to help cyclists and walkers to keep safe, the roads are narrow and windy from hatherleigh to meeth, this would be great for the local area

I would personally use the proposed route regularly and it would also increase use of the whole route.

This link needs to be done as the main road is dangerous for cyclists with blind corners and many hgv vehicles using the route
