Its truly a shame how all the decisions taken by delhi government have proved to fatal with respect to coronavirus spread.
Plus, it has become really difficult to make people understand the seriousness of the situation, they've started taking it lightly . Unless and until someone from their own family gets affected , they don't even bother to wear masks properly. This shutdown is really needed even if we have to summon the army for that!!
