I understand the grievances of the daily wage workers and their concern of dying of hunger, but that is where the govt steps in. The govt provided food to the unemployed in the previous lockdown and can still continue to do so if another strict lockdown is imposed. But by not imposing a strict lockdown, the govt is putting a lot of lives at risk. This coronavirus is affecting everyone, the poor, the middle class and the rich.
The condition in Delhi is critical. The hospital treatment is very expensive and there are many who can’t afford it. Even after paying hefty sums of money , the hospital staff and doctors aren’t willing to attend the patients due to the risk of catching the virus themselves. The dead bodies are being dumped as if they were garbage. Just imagine that this happens to your parents, your children or your neighbours; would you still be so stubborn as to ignore the situation?
I know, even the thought of it can be heart wrenching.
So here I am putting forward my appeal to the government to impose a strict lockdown in Delhi till the cases start declining, but for that I need your support.
The economy can get better later but the people who we’ve lost will never come back. I can’t force you to support me, I can only request you. It’s your call.

Its truly a shame how all the decisions taken by delhi government have proved to fatal with respect to coronavirus spread. Plus, it has become really difficult to make people understand the seriousness of the situation, they've started taking it lightly . Unless and until someone from their own family gets affected , they don't even bother to wear masks properly. This shutdown is really needed even if we have to summon the army for that!!
Complete lockdown of delhi and government should take care of the poor and the needy and start being humble.
In my area there are so many ...case I am not fake ...u can check Shastri Nagar Delhi -110052 we are face so many trouble .. one death in my locality my father Coligue dead a lab technicians ....plz lockdown ...for few months ...u can we believe ...plz plz sir

Delhi's situation is getting really worse day by day we need to take strict actions otherwise it wont take much time to match the situations with italy and new york being the aware youth of Delhi we want our country to be safe i hereby sign this petition to help my country stay safe. Thankyou
