The exam was full with grammar mistakes, confusing wording and simply was lacking the correct answers on some questions. When I practiced previous exams at home I scored fairly well, but due to the pressure and stress on this exam I scored at least 15 points lower.

The question from "the economist" was not evaluating or financial understanding but or english level. At least the dictionary should have been allowed.

Dear Bord of Examiners,
with regard to the exam I personally doubt that decreasing the passing rate is not sufficient.
How can we differentiate between people who gave up while rereading the incorrect tasks or the tasks which covered topics that have not been stated in our course manual? It is a irresponsible behavior of Mr. Bos and he cannot deny because our argumentation is based on facts (see complaints). Especially because of the high frequency of not non-acceptable questions I insist to repeat/rewrite the exam. Additionally I demand a personal excuse of Mr. Bos!

The exam was unfair and did not reflect the topics of the course at all. It was explicitly stated that the exam is based on chapters 1-13 & 20.
Instead, the exam contained questions about chapter 15, topics that were NEVER discussed/mentioned in this course (tax breaks, equity puzzles, myopia), as well as an article from 'The Economist' (we were not told that it is exam-relevant).
