COMPLAINTS AGAINST NIRMAL LIFESTYLE KALYAN PVT LTD

I have booked flat Platano 604/B on 2010 and date given for possession Dec 2014 but still no possession.Builder should get punish by people hand and teach him a good lesson after playing emotions of a commoner..

I have booked flat in 2012 and. My situation is no different than others. If I had my way I would like to see NL director behind the bars. Not just behind the bar his sentence should be lesson to other builders who play with innocent peoples hard earned money and fun on that money.

Flat no. 408 Platano B booked in 2009

I have my flat in 2010. Its been 7 years now but still have not got the possession. Builder has taken 95% money from me anf I have been paying bank loan Emi's since 7 years.. Kindly take some action against these con builder Regards, Nitin

I have booked flat in Nirmal life style kalyan on October 2010 in platano A building but builder not possession flat to me till date As per agreement possession date is June 2014+6 months

I took the flat in Nirmal life style Kalyan in 2013 but till now no agreement (registration) and there are many more in thousand with such case infact many people Did registration in other wing but till now no possession. Nirmal promise to built complex of 23 building but till now not even single flat deliver ....Not even possession of single building. People are facing this issue from 8 year approx . We group of more than 159 people tried to go for FIR but police is not accepting the FIR..Not ready to take complain as normal is big builder and we are common people . I requested media but till now no help ....Please show the fraud work done by nirmal to all people and path for us for justice. Flat no 706,Glory B, Did not get possession.

I have purchased flat in nirmallifestyle kalyan in 2010 and posesstion date was given on 2013 but agreement made posession date of dec 2015 also taken 95% money but till date no posession has given only verbal comittment next month next month please suggest next step builder is a cheater

I booked flat in Riviera B in 2013, while booking I have been told that the flat would be delivered in a year. Based on their reputation on that time I have paid around 30% of flat cost that they asked and proceeded​ for agreement and registration but they mentioned possession date as Dec 2017 in agreement. It's been more than 4 years and now their work is stopped. They always been very reluctant in showing their property documents and proceeded for taking payments even without the necessary documents like CC and floor plan even today they don't have CC for the complete building. Dec 2017 possession date seems next to impossible.

Platani B /1403. Possession overdue more than couple of years.

Nirmal lifestyle has fooled us. Its been more than 7 years now and we haven't still received possesion of our house.

My dream of a home is shattered by Nirmal. They only have taken a many like for for tasks using our hard earned money as their possession. We have been struggling to get this goons to make FIR which has been turned to deaf ears. I really wish someone could really help us all to get out of this mess.

Had booked a flat in tulip which never started. Then was moved to Riveria. No progress on development.

I have booked a flat in Nirmal Life style, Kalyan project, registration done with date of handing over Dec 16. Now, the Nirmal people neither they have handed over flat not telling any future plan . We left cheated.
