NLS committed to deliver Riviera project by December 2017 and till now they have reached 6th floor out of 18th floors. Each and Every project are delayed by minimum 3/4 years . Government has to take some action against such developer's

Booked Platano H in 2013. Possession promised in 2016. Not a single communication to date from Nirmal Lifestyle.

Booked in 2012 Rivera b.. paid 50% of amount .. was informed possession in 2015... when approached did not have an answer. Wanted me to register the property ... it's 2017 now no sign of development ... my money is stuck my dreams are shattered ... need the money back from these cheaters with interest

Trust me i ever seen such builders! I have booked my flat in 2010 and still staying rent and paying the loan amount both last six years. Possession dates are over last 3 years now no single progress and i am facing lot of peoblem. bcoz of this i am paying doubble rent and seriously this builder is unprofessional, no commitments, making fool to every one, bad reputation in the market.

Struggling for possession and no firm date the proposed date was dec 2016 and still work completed only 6th floor.

I have booked the flat in 2009 , still haven't got the possession. I have been paying emi and bank interest for 9 years now. My hard earn money getting waste..

I have booked flat in building Platano A in Nirmal life style kalyan in Oct 2010 and possession date in agreement is june2014+6 month but still not complete

The construction is not moving. Law and order does not seem to bother the builder. Nirmal has stopped responding to mails and has been giving false assurances over possession dates. While we continuing facing huge financial losses for choosing Nirmal lifestyle for our dream home, the builder stays unbothered and unscathed since the law is not making any move.

I have booked flat in 2011 and paid 70 percent of the total cost of the value it was my dream home. Now paying interest for the money I paid to the builder and also paying rent for the rented home. Very much Frustrating

I too am part of the people who had booked their property in 2009 banking on the fact that I would get my dream home too.. but we have only been paying for the last 7 years and there's no fruit of the same. I would like to get my property also with the interest on the money that​ has been invested with them for the last 7 years....

Kalyan nirmal Project is in worst condition.i have paide 65% of total cost and my building work is stopped after 9 th floor.Paying rent and emi .very much frustated.

Very poor progress in all these years...we are not sure if we can possession in another 5 years or not. Need government to get involved in between.

I had paid 17.82 lakhs for plation D and still work not started after 7 th floor. Asked for moneyback with interest but they denied. Arvind, 9712983726
