I am too the Victum of Nirmal lyfestyle as I have booked the Flat Platano H in 2013 and paid approx 35 % of the Value ... But till Date no Updates .....
Please guide ,me how to proceed legally now ......

Frustrated with the work of nirmal lifestyle . 9 years passed after booking , Possession date passed on June 2016 , no answer on that from builder ; but forcing daily over phone , email for payment

NO progress or progress report of Bldg Amazon-C.The builder has been using our money since 2010. We want penal action against the builder. Contact: 9225600956

I have booked a flat in Spirit A, possession date was given July 2016 with grace period of 6 months and still there is no news. Even this people give me the flat there are no extenal eminities ready which can allow someone to stay there. Paying so high rates in a such a corner place with no eminities provided is not making any sense. I wish to have my money back.

We have also booked a flat in Platino B till date no communication neither any commitment from them. Visiting their mulund office and site no proper response from employees.

I have booked flat in glory 803/A on 2010 and date given for possession june 2016, but now 10 months passed. No any progress.

I have booked 1 BHk in Nimal lifestyle Colosseum in 2014 and till nothing has started I have paid 20% as I have asked for my refund. Till now no one from Nirmal lifestyle approached me for refund.
