I have purchased flat from nirmal lifestyle kalyan in the project name Glory flat no 906 A and till date I have paid 91% but it's not clear when I will get possession. My demand is possession of my flat as soon as possible but possession means complete flat with CC/OC.

Very bad experience

Booked Nirmal One spirit in 2015.. cancelled in 2016 Dec, not yet recd a single rupee as refund (total due 16 lacs).. only false promises

I have booked my flat in Riveria B still no news

I am from Riviera A 607. Possession date as per registration Dec 17.

Booked flat in 2010 in Applause A but till now no possession

I had booked a Flat in Nirmal Lifestyle City Project in Ambivali Kalyan on 06th July 2014 in Building Named " COLOSSEUM" Flat No B-705 and was promised Possession as of December 2017 & that i had made the payment 1541022/- as and when i received a call from their office for the additional payment saying slab is come up etc & i went on paying the same but when i went to see the site there was no sign of the building and the slabs against which they were demanding the payments.Even after all this i was again called and asked to Pay Rs 375000.00 for the third slab whereas in physically there was not even a site dug up leave alone the Slabs.After this the builders without any communication sent me a letter saying that the project is not going ahead & hence sent me Eight Post dated cheques starting from 03.11.2017 to 20.05.2018 mentioning the Principal amount and Compensation on the delayed part but again all the cheques have been bounced.The builders office is not giving any proper response not responsing to my calls and the manner in which they talk is also not acceptable. I would request all the owners who have booked their flats in this project to unite together and take this builder to task legally so that our hard earned money is not utilized by them. Victim of Nirmal Lifestyle false promises.Booked a flat in Platano B but still no sign of possession delayed by 4 years.

I am also victim of nirmal lifestyle kalyan project building name spirit flat 101 we booked in 2009 for first 4yrs no work they work for 1 yrs only again Exton. Date 2018 we are paying emi Moe than 5 yrs we buy new home as nirmal didn't give delivery of our kalyan home

I booked an apartment in 2014 in One Spirit project Mulund ,Mumbai that they cancelled in July 2017 and provided us PDC which have all bounced. There are many more people like me who I know.

Cheating regarding project Thames.

No response from Nirmal lifestyle for a flat booked in August 2011. No law in place to put such builders behind bars. All our hard earned money paid BEFORE TIME just wasted. Want COMPENSATION. Want the entire money back.

I Booked my flat in March 2014 in Nirmal Lifestyle Kalyan Pvt Ltd .As per my agreement they had to give possession by Dec 2017 but now they are saying it will take more 5 - 6 years & whatever they have promised to give (Dream Township) not 1% of township is there.

I am too the Victum of Nirmal lyfestyle as I have booked the Flat Platano H in 2013 and paid approx 35 % of the Value ... But till Date no Updates ..... Please guide ,me how to proceed legally now ...... Rajesh Sahu, bhubaneshwar
