Nirmal developers have put all home buyers at Kalyan life style project in a miserable situation by failing to keep up their commitment to complete the project on time. The delayed possession and not refunding hard earned money has caused severe pain and stress to the many homebuyers at Kalyan project.

We have book a flat in glory B but due certain circumstances its delayed to get possession. Now when the builder are providing estimated timeline of possession is 31st March 2023 after so many revised date. They sent us quote of final balance amount to be paid of Rs. 3,70,606 /- where as from August 2019 they said we will be paid Rs. 10,000 /- as a compensation not physically but they will consider on final instalment which will be paid after completion of project. Now when we question back about balance amount after substracting with compensation amount Nirmal lifetyle officer is denying to pay for any compensatio n. It is really pathetic after waiting and mutual agreement signed between customer and builder than to they denying for compensation.

Booked in Amazon in Nirmal Lifestyle Kalyan. All our hard earned savings given to them. They have cheated us. Dilute their remaining properties and return our money back.

I have had purchased 2 bedroom apartment in Amazon C, 10th floor. The property is registered. The possession after consideration of 6 months Grace period was suppose to be Dec 2017. Now it seems, project has run into difficulty and there is no hope of getting precious house
