Enough stress without adding fright when something unknown turns up in an exam. Not on

WAS IT THAT HARD TELLING APART THE GCSE AND FUCKING ALEVEL COURSE. I *WAS* AIMING FOR THE TOP GRADE BUT NOW, THANKS TO AQA, ITS NOT AT ALL ATTAINABLE. NOT EVEN CLOSE ENOUGH. Im angry. If the grade boundaries arent low enough then Im taking AQA to court idec

Really unfair and this gcse is vital for my further studies I can not fail this just because aqa have been funny. Sad to say this isn't the first mistake aqa made they did mess up our biology and chemistry exams by leaving 2/3 of the main syllabus which aqa themselves said we should know and made 1 mark question harder than 5 markers they do know many people live are on the line. Aqa being a bit unfair this year across all subject

It was simply cruel to include A level terminology on a GCSE paper! After having achieved A*s in mocks since year 10, I was completely thrown off-course by the sudden stray from the norm. Had I had other exams in the afternoon, I truly believe I would have under performed on these as a result. Aqa should be wholly expected to lower the grade boundaries this year.

It's totally unacceptable and unfair that you put in questions in our gcse exams which are impossible to answer. The only way you could fix this problem is by lowering the grade boundries it's only fair.

This is not fair, we studied hard for this then AQA put A level terms in, how were we supposed to know them?

That exam wasn't good. I have never, nor have my teachers heard of the term anomie. Thanks to that silly queation that's already 4marks down the drain despite intense revision.

This was a catastrophe amongst many GCSE sociology students and an unequal oppertunity for all the students who did not anticipate A Level terminology coming up in the exam. Sociologists (Functionalists) argue that Education is Meritocratic, when they make exam questions unanswerable and do not follow the GCSE syllabus; a little bit hypocritical if you ask me.
