1) I get other peoples mail
2) Others get my mail
3) When my mail is put on vacation hold, it is not held the whole time.
4) A while back I sent a package out of the country and wanted it insured and tracked. The postal employee just took my money. When the item never got there, I wanted to track it, but was told at our local post office that tracking doesn't occur out of the country. It would have been nice if the postal employee would have told me that when he checked the address to charge me. I could have saved some money.

I have called many times stating I have been taking mail to other neighbors even though that's illegal!

I live at 10379 Balsam Dr Frisco 75033 and my mail is constantly going to my neighbors house and vise versa... I've never lived somewhere with such POOR mail service! Something needs to happen

Outgoing mail is not being picked up and mail/packages being delivered for neighbors 3-5 streets away!
