Two days post launch still haven't received a code. Its ridiculous that I have paid for a device and not been provided the means to actually use it

I want to stay DIA to be a success so badly! It was such a let-down that they've launched was a failure. We should expect a premium product and successful launch from such a reputable company.

Not only have I not received my code or my hardware, but I was charged twice for the order and Google has thus far been unable and unwilling to help me resolve it, once I receive the hardware and activate the code I am going to have to report the second charge to my bank as fraud.

It's really is a joke. Not what I paid for and still not received my package. Launch date was 19th and I'm still not on the thing nor received and email to choose my name 9r get started.

The devices have been delivered today but I can not play because the code is still missing. On reddit I had read that the codes are sent shortly after the devices were shipped. That is two days ago. Unfortunately, nothing is still possible! For that reason, I feel betrayed and the promised features were not delivered. Therefore, I see a refund or at least a concession for quite appropriate.

My hope was Stadia would be the gaming software of the future. A way to bring gaming to more than just living room.
Yet my hopes have been faded.

Another disappointed founder here, preordered in June and was a spectator day one. D2 plays well but looks worse than the PS4 Pro version through chromecast.
